There are a variety of notifications that a user will receive when logged into the platform.
- Completion of data exports including a link to download the data
- Site wide notifications sent as an alert from a System Administrator
- Workflow enabled messages to update you on the status of your Records.
By enabling email notifications it will ensure that you do not miss anything that requires your attention.
First access your profile (see here for instructions) and then scroll down to the sections that says 'Notification Methods'.
Select the Email option and then to confirm the selection click on the tick icon at the top right of the screen. Every time you receive an important notification in the notification bell at the top of the screen, you will also receive an email with the same content.
Should you need to disable this feature you can hold 'Ctrl' + click to deselect. You will then also need to click the tick icon at the top of the screen to confirm the change. Holding the 'Ctrl' key also allows for multi-selection of options.
Note: SMS appears as a notification option but is not yet available. This is a feature which we intend to implement in a future
