The Embedded App field allows users to display a report from another application within the current application. This feature is useful for creating integrated views and dashboards in one place, allowing for a seamless user experience across different processes. A couple of great examples of this is a dashboard overview of actions, risks, stakeholders etc in a parent project application - or an embedded report of the questions for an audit, this way the user doesn't have to navigate to the child application open each record to answer the audit questions.

Embedded Report Configuration
Embedded App: Select the application from which you intend to display data from.
Embedded Report: Select the report you would like to display in the field, from the application you selected before.
Height: The height of the field is the vertical distance taken up on screen by the embedded report
Note: If you find a report useful but wish to modify its filter without altering the original, simply duplicate the report, hide the original, and then make your edits. The duplicated report will still be available as an option in the dropdown.
Note: If you make a change to the embedded report, you must resync that embedded application to see the change, not the app with the embedded report field.
Example
The example below shows the risk report of a RAID application in the parent business owner view application.
This embedded report works like a normal report, you can select column headers to sort and filter by, you can access the quick filter lens, there are grouped and sorted accordingly etc. A key difference is that if you would like to use the report actions you would normally find in the ellipse menu, you will need to click the burger menu in the top left of the report. This will then pop up a menu of the actions you have available to you, that you can select from. Once selected, you can then pick the records like you would normally and a confirm action will appear at the top of the screen to trigger the action you selected.
Note: Lens are not visible as a selectable option. If you would like to have preselected filtering options you will need to create them as preset filters.
