Most normal internet connection speeds are acceptable to operate the SofTools platform. However, for comfortable use a minimum of 2mb per second is recommended.

Is the 2 mbps download?
2Mb is required as a download, and as close to 2Mb as possible for upload too.
Internet Service provision normally provides Download at a greater bandwidth to upload as the majority of traffic is down to the browser, but with the SofTools platform, there is a higher than average proportion of upload as information in records is updated and passed back to the server.
Hi Mark - are these speed connections the recommended for V14 too?
