Once a new user is created, the user needs to verify the account and to do that a verification email is sent to the user account.
The reasons why a user does not receive email verification can be one of the following:
- The email has been received but in the junk mail.
- The email has been received but went directly to the delete folder.
- The email has not been received because the email address is not in the save senders. If this is the case, please add the email to that list and ask us to send you the email again.
