If you cannot see records on a report, the first course of action is to clear the filters to see all available data that can show in the report. Please note that the platform remembers the last filter applied.
To clear any existing filter:
- Click the Quick Filter access icon
- Select No Filter or the Default Filter option
Once you have done this, and it hasn't worked the next step is to check if there is a base filter. This can be done by clicking on the filter icon and selecting custom filter, there you'll be able to see if there is a base filter. If there is you need to contact your site administrator on what your next course of action should be.
If there isn't a filter on the report this means it could be a record access issue. Users can only see records if they belong to a Team that has got access to Apps and records or they have been given access manually or by workflow.
Always make sure that a user belongs to a Team.
