If you cannot see records on a report, the first course of action is to clear the filters to see all available data that can show in the report. Please note that the platform remembers the last filter applied.
To clear any existing filter:
- Click the Quick Filter access icon
- Select No Filter or the Default Filter option
Once you have done this, you should see all the records on the report you are querying. Then, you can apply your Personal filters or any of the Team or Global filters.
