If you have tried to log in a number of times but entered the wrong password, the platform will temporary suspend your user account for a period of 10 minutes.
You will first get the message saying your username or password is incorrect. After too many attempts the message will change to say that your account has been locked.
You will then need to wait for 10 minutes for your account to be unlocked. After this time you can then try to login again or reset your password by following the Forgotten your username or password link at the bottom of the login screen.
Note: You will not be able to reset your Password whilst your account is locked. You will need to wait for 10mins of inactivity on the account before using this feature.
