Forms provide a consistent approach to managing critical business processes. They are laid out in a systematic way
- Forms – provide a natural grouping for Templates, often reflecting the stages or phases of the process being followed. Each From is divided into one or more Templates.
- Templates – present the data input Fields in a logical and attractive way.
- Fields – provide a means for capturing data, either via direct manual input, via csv import / export routines or via automatic system routines using APIs
These forms are filled in by Users and each one is a Record. A Record is the generic name for a single instance of any App – whether it be a Project, a Risk or perhaps a Deal. These Records are then used to generate elegant Reporting which gives an overview to the User of their Business Process as a whole.
