Selecting a Filter
To view the list of available filters, click on the funnel that appears in the top right of a Report.
From here, select the view that you would like to see and the Report will refresh to show the latest data with the filter chosen.
The view that you select will be remembered for the next time that you access the same Report.
Note: The name of the filter will also show at the top of your report.
Report Options
By Clicking on the Report options icon on the top right hand of the screen (Shown in image above) you are able to modify what Report fields you would like to be visible or hide.
To hide a report field deselect the checkbox for the corresponding the field and vice versa if you would like to show a field.
You can also change it so show your application fields using the drop down, this allows you to see what fields you can filter by and select them off that list. You can also use the search bar to navigate the list better if its a larger application.
The switch at the top left allows you to switch in and out of auto layout. So if off you will see all default report fields, if on it removes fields based on priority to fit in the available space on your screen (Phone, Tablet, Laptop, monitor ect)
There is also the ability to see the base filter that has been added to a report (If there is one), in the top right next to the filter tab there should be another tab if there is a base filter applied, if you click on it a pop up will appear showing the logic behind the base filter. For example the above filter is based filtered to not show records that have a status of black
You can also order and filter your reports by clicking straight on the report column headers (Highlighted above) to quickly change your view. These are not saved filter though so if you find a view it is best to save this filter to your personal list
