Softools' RiskPlan Column Chart categorises your Risks by their defined Project. Showing you numbers per Project and severity via a Red, Amber and Green colour-code; this gives instant insight into Projects carrying the greatest risk.
^Risks by Project^
Having a high-level visually impactful graph such as Risks by Project, allows for rapid identification of which projects represent the greatest risk to your organisation. This aids in aligning priority levels and ensuring a consistent priority scale, something that is critical when practicing strategic risk management, as it allows you to assign assets to the projects that need them the most.
Ultimately, this early recognition and action on the basis of priority will mitigate risks, helping to prevent one or a few projects from endangering the whole programme. Additionally when screenshots are taken on a monthly basis for example, it can also prove as a tool to measure the overall effectiveness of your risk management programme.
- X-Axis: Record Count - The number of Risks per Project.
- Y-Axis: Project - The project that the Risks are associated to.
