Softools' one-click Record creation is available from multiple areas within the RiskPlan App and gives you the ability to create and Record thousands of Risks.
^Adding a Risk at the App Level^
If you have just logged in and are on the RiskPlan Homepage please click 'Risk Register' to get to the App Level view as presented above.
^Adding a Risk at the Record Level^
App Level - When all Reports are displayed in the Left Menu you are at the App Level as noted this can quickly be accessed from the Homepage via the 'Risk Register' button. From here one-click '+ New Record' to begin the creation of a new Risk.
Record Level - When just the 'Risk' Form is displayed in the Left Menu you are in a Record (at the Record Level). One way of getting to this level is to click the Pencil Icon next to a Risk when on the Risk Register. From here one-click '+ New Record' to see the screen below and begin the creation of a new Risk.

You MUST enter the minimum of a 'Title' before the Risk Record will be saved.
Populating a New Risk Record
A RiskPlan Risk Record is comprised a Form called 'Risk' and 3 Templates:
These 3 Templates outline the process and house different Fields, which are your data inputs. These Templates also guide the Risk phase inputs needed to drive effective Risk Management, with further process direction found under the 'i' to the right hand side of each Template header.
