Creating a Risk - Populating a Newly Added Record

Softools' RiskPlan makes adding detail to your Risks and managing them a straightforward and logical process. With varied types of data input, you can define and analyse Risks; whist simultaneously outlining mitigation measures, all in the one space.

You MUST enter the minimum of a 'Title' before the Risk Record will be saved.

A RiskPlan Risk Record is comprised a Form called 'Risk' and 4 Templates:

1. Reference
2. Overview
3. Analysis
4. Mitigation Plan

These Templates outline the process and house different Fields, which are your data inputs - Please refer the above links for more info on each Template and its Fields.
