Managing my RiskPlan Subscription - Account Management

Like every other aspect of RiskPlan, Softools has made managing your subscription a simple, straightforward and user friendly process.

• Click the link above to go to the RiskPlan Shopify site log in page
  • Shopify is a third party subscription management service and is purely for just that, providing your subscription is still live you will be able to log into your Softools RiskPlan account using your separate Softools credentials.
• Enter your email and password in order to log in.
• Once logged in you will be presented with an area to manage addresses associated with your account as well as another area to manage your subscriptions.
• Go trough to the 'Subscriptions' area and click on the subscription ID (#) to manage it further.
