Why can't I sign in to my site?

When you have tried to log in to Softools, you may have seen this error message:

This message means that the URL you are using is one to sign up for an account for the site. Therefore, if you are already logged in to the site, the screen is showing an error because the URL is trying to get you to sign up for an account that you are already signed up for and logged into. 

To fix this, you will need to delete the end of the URL - everything after the .on.softools.net section - this means that the URL will take you to the site homepage rather than trying to get you to sign up for an account.
