Email Notifications to keep Users informed?
Workflow is a way of automating some of the Business Process to save your organisation time. One invaluable piece of workflow is Email Notifications. This example will show you how you can inform a Risk Owner when their Risk has been prioritised as Status Red.
A Risk Register App is a good way to track Business Risk across the Organisation and assign each one an Owner. When the functional heads review the Priority of a particular Risk it may hit a threshold where it requires immediate action and so becoming 'Status Red'.

We can use workflow to automate an email back to the User assigned as the Risk Owner. It will deliver a message containing Field values from the Risk as well as a direct link to be able to view the Record on the platform
