Softools - Mohamed Boukra: Senior Operations Analyst

I've been at Softools for 3 years now, but I've been building apps on our platform for 5 years now, and I initially started by developing apps for clients based in France in particular.
Before Softools, I worked for many years as a system administrator supporting users and maintaining specific applications.

My role within Softools is to design and implement apps that meet customer needs while exploiting the qualities of the platform to bring real improvement to customer processes.
I also advise and guide app builders so that they get the most out of the platform.

I particularly like the fact of implementing solutions using all the power and agility of the platform in order to stimulate the interest of our customers and trigger the envy to cover additional needs.

I can't wait to see the next improvements to the platform with the addition of new features and for us all to enjoy and get the most out of it.
