No of working days between 2 dates...

Have you ever needed to "count" the number of working days between 2 dates? Removing not just weekends, but also holidays? 

Or maybe you have a supplier that promises 3 (working) day delivery, and you want to know when exactly he should deliver to compare actual v's promised?
