Introducing the Workflow Builder V2
A delightful experience of making workflows is coming to you. If you’ve experienced automating workflows, setting triggers and actions in Softools before, you’re in for a treat.

Workflow V2 - a visual interface - enables you to string workflows together with a simple drag and drop method. It’s faster, smoother, more efficient.

This interface enables multiple actions to be defined in one place. For example, setting security to read-only and sending an email notification when a record is submitted for approval can be configured on that record simultaneously.

We are close to enabling compatibility with the original workflow engine so you can visualise your existing workflows in Workflow v2 and enhance them. We also look forward to expanding our range of triggers and actions in the future. Stay tuned for updates!

Make an App in Under 4 Minutes!

This month we unveiled our latest innovation - Excel Import. If you have been managing your management and process data in excel format, you can turn it into a Softools app with extended features and customizable workflows within minutes.

Simply import your excel file on Softools, the platform takes care of the heavy lifting (populating each field) enabling you to spend time finessing your application. We recently showcased this function at a live event.

We're Launching our Apps Incubator Programme

We were joined by makers from across the globe, where we shared our fastest app-building mode. We built a scalable application out of an excel sheet within 4 minutes. A new Softools record.

Softools & Coca-Cola Best Practices Forum

We were delighted to host many of our key business sponsors and App Builders from various Coca-Cola subsidiaries across the world who came together to share their Softools solutions and the amazing benefits they are enjoying.

Use cases included making apps for better quality analysis, managing daily manufacturing operations, digitally standardizing production processes, distribution management and more.

All the teams reported seeing a growth in efficiency, higher quality products, and streamlined workflows.

The event resulted in some excellent networking and sharing of ideas that will no doubt make each business unit stronger in the future and we look forward to hosting more of these forums in the future.
