Kyle Theobald - Softools: Operations Analyst

Hello Everyone,

I’m Kyle (in case the title wasn’t enough!), good to meet you. At the time of this post, I am starting my 2^nd year with Softools, having recently finished a Business Economics degree at Reading University. Since I joined in my penultimate year of my course I have achieved ‘Master App Builder’ status. Alongside this I have had in-depth involvement throughout much of our dedicated support library, in the process building strong knowledge of all platform areas.

Working in the zero-code web application space and with Softools specifically has hugely broadened my understanding of how businesses function to best achieve set goals. Knowing this has made clear the improved efficiency and understanding Softools can bring to any business operation, task, or function by enabling the quick digital transformation of business processes.

Enjoyment for me consequently comes from the collaboration that building solutions naturally demands. Planning with any client when looking at how to deliver the most effective way of optimising business processes to maximise value added poses dynamic and exciting challenges.

The low-code, zero code space has never been more prevalent so I am excited to see what new possibilities we can define push as a company in future.
