Softools - Amy Slater: Operations Analyst

Hi all - I'm Amy!

At the time of this post I have been working for Softools for 6 months - but a user of Softools for over 3 years.

I graduated from Sheffield University last year with a Psychology degree - which is a significant contrast from the business world! I loved psychology and still often keep up with new research in my own time - I also try and connect this to my daily role as an ops analyst. Whilst at Uni I tutored part-time and so I used Softools to track my students, our lessons and their progress. I am not naturally organised and found that Softools was an excellent way to manage my time and streamline my processes for tutoring.

I have already learnt a great deal about the internal processes of businesses from my work with clients and I love being able to find innovative ways of improving the processes of apps. One of my roles within Softools is assisting app builders in the ABC training - which I have particularly enjoyed as it allows me to meet all of you! 

I am excited for the future challenges and tasks within Softools and I cannot wait to see how the software develops over time.
