Rodrigo Llido - Softools: Junior Operations Analyst
Hello everyone,
I'm Rodrigo. At the time of this post I am at my third month working for Softools, I graduated recently in Economics and Mathematics at the University of Essex, and since then I have had the chance to begin working for Softools as a Junior Operations Analyst, it being my first real work experience, I have managed to learn much in those three months, in both terms, professionally and personally.
From a personal point of view, it has granted me with the opportunity to truly understand the real world, day to day, and the scenarios which appear in somebody's life, from building a sense of self responsibility and discipline to be able to deal with the challenges that I get putted against, which should increase with time.
From a professional point of view, it has given me the chance to learn about the way in which a business functions. The structure, the processes and how actions are carried, starting with the hierarchy and order within a company, to the communication and unit work which takes place to achieve the aims and goals set, furthermore it has given me knowledge in zero coding and broaden my understanding into how Softools can provide customers with an efficient and quick business process, and of course the challenges that involves actioning. Moreover, it has built a strong developing critical and logical thinking, which is needed in order to provide clients with answers and ways to tackle their challenges in the most optimal option, especially as my role involves first contact with clients via our Support system, both being the point of contact and having the duty to provide them with answers to solve their issues ideally in the most effective way.
I am very enthusiastic in taking part of this community that Softools is and in adding as much as I can offer to see up to where Softools is capable of growing, which once you understand it's objectives and concepts, I believe only up to an amzing extent as it offers a great possibilities due to it's low code nature and how it proves daily to be a good offer to solve what business processes demand nowadays.
