Our dev team have been busy over the past two weeks and is pleased to have released 3 new features - read on for details! 

New Filter Builder for Reports

Filtering reports and charts are standard capabilities, and they are necessary for retrieving information from large data sets. 

We have introduced our next-generation filter, which offers fast and flexible filtering of reports, allowing one to select more than one value per field and pinned to the page.

The App Builder can specify which fields should be available for the user to filter by and these are presented to users in a pane for ready access.

Homepage visibility rules

Traditionally Softools homepage, the screen users see when they log in has been fixed and static for all users.

After listening to your feedback we have implemented visibility rules which enable the App Builder to present different Homepages to Teams and Users.

For example, internal users need to be greeted by a dashboard with charts but external users can be presented with a graphic and shortcut button to the application they need to access to complete an assessment.

This new feature enables improved user journeys for each group of users.

Gain Visibility Into Email Invitation Confirmations

Now you can access the email activity feed from your pending user application in Softools. When you are inviting users to your site/app, you can see the status of the invite and the email. If a team member is unable to get the email invite, you can take prompt action to solve it after this review. Moreover, you can also see all the email activity done with that user on the site.

Softools on Social - When the Community Speaks

In one of our No-Code success stories recently, we featured our work with Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan (CCBJI) and their supply chain team for digitising their Kaizen program.
