This article will explain how to review the email activity feed from your pending user application in Softools.
NOTE: There is a slight delay of around 5 minutes from when emails are sent to that activity appearing in this history popup
When you invite a user to your site, you will see their email showing up in your pending user application

To check the status of this invite, click on the pending user and then look at the action menu through clicking the ellipsis menu option here:
This will open up a small window as shown
Click on email activity - this will show you the status of the invitation.
This can also be done through user settings to access what emails have reached a user on the site. Go to user settings > user and then click the ellipsis, then email activity as shown above.
It will show a pop-up of all recent email activity associated with this user:
Delivered - The invitation has been sent and has reached the mail server of the user.
Note: delivered here means delivered to the recipient mail server and not delivered to the recipient. If it says delivered and the user cannot find it then it's pretty certain there is a spam filter blocking it - the user will need to speak to their IT team and verify if this is the case and get the email unblocked.
Deferred - The recipient mail server is overwhelmed and asks for emails to stop sending so fast.
Open count - The response generated by a recipient opening an email.
Click count - Whenever a recipient clicks one of the Click Tracked links in your email.
Note: If there is no history, this is due to there being no email sent to the user within the last 30 days, so this will be the case if the user was invited over 30 days ago.
