Template Minimising and Help Section

To minimise templates in a record, simply click on the chevron up icon on the right side of the template. This will then minimise that template and then click on the icon again which will open the template. An advantage of being able to maximise and minimise templates is that you can organise your screen more efficiently and reduces chances of confusion if too many templates are open, it all depends on your preferences.  Templates can be set to open and close by default in-app studio and it is up to the user to change this in the workspace if they want to.

The help section is located alongside the chevron icons and that too can be minimised or maximised when clicked on. By opening the help section, the user is able to read the help provided for them, this can be on how to fill out the fields in the page or a process graphic to help guide you through an onboarding process for example. Also if the user does not require any help they can simply minimise the help section and it will not be in the way. The help section is closed by default so it is up to the user to open it if they wish to do so.
