Support can be accessed from anywhere within a site via two methods, the '?' icon in the bottom right corner of the screen and the settings cog in the top right.

Clicking on this will activate a pop-up like the one seen above, you can then type your issue into the search box in order to bring up a list of suggested support articles. The window itself will provide summary solutions that can be viewed from within the Workspace, or if preferred you can click on one of the detailed links to open the full support article in a new tab.
The Settings Cog -
Using the Settings Cog in the top right to enter support takes you directly to Softools' dedicated support site. Initially, you will be presented with articles for common issues, to access the full library of support and learning resources, simply click on 'Softools' as highlighted above.
