As the Softools NoCode platform evolves so do our best practices. In this edition, we focus on best practices to help you make the best applications for your users.

Platform Update: Workflow Emails

As a part of our continuous improvement in information security practices, we are improving how attachments are distributed.

Up to now, attachments are physically sent with the email. This change will replace the physical attachment with an expiring link that a recipient can download. The attachment link within the email will expire 30 days after the email is sent which means attachments generated from Softools will not hang around users' inboxes indefinitely minimising the risk of information contained within the attachments falling into the wrong hands.
