Team Administration

Teams are used to set security. Which Team a User belongs to determines which Records they can see and which Apps they have access to. An App Builder can set the app Visibility by Team in App Studio and a User Administrator with access to security can set Access Rights by Team on Records. Teams are not essential on a site but are recommended and if a Site has Teams then a User must always be a member of at least one Team.
