There are a variety of notifications that a user will receive when logged into the platform.
- Completion of data exports including a link to download the data
- Site wide notifications sent as an alert from a System Administrator
- Workflow enabled messages to update you on the status of your Records.
By enabling email notifications it will ensure that you do not miss anything that requires your attention.
First access your profile (see here for instructions), there you should ensure the 'Profile' tab is selected in the folders menu on the left hand side. From here you can check the Email box under 'Notification Methods'.
Now every time you receive an important notification in the notification bell at the top of the screen, you will also receive an email with the same content. Should you need to disable this feature simply click to deselect.
