Troubleshooting
The most common issue with logins are Forgotten Passwords. Follow the steps in our article on resetting passwords. If you are still experiencing difficulties then contact your system administrator for further support.
SSO-Enabled Login
Your Site Administrator may have asked Softools to enable Single-Sign-On (SSO) for authentication.
In this scenario the Login Screen will display the options that are available for you to log in. For example in the following example user authentication has been linked to a Microsoft authentication method.
The next is where a combination has been enabled and the Site will understand there is a SSO connection based on email domain
When the option (or 'LOG IN' button) is selected then the third-party authentication will be as you are familiar with on other corporate portals.
If you are a Site Administrator and you would like to enable SSO then then contact your Softools Account Manager to progress this further.
