The Teams Settings App allows you to manage, add, or delete teams within a site.
In order to access this area, when on your site simply click on the Launchpad, followed by then clicking on the Cog.
After doing this, depending on your User Permissions, you will be presented with a selection or all of the apps displayed below:
Team Settings
This app stores all teams data and allows you to keep track of teams and the users within these.
- Hamburger Icon: Click on the icon to access the left-hand menu. This will present the team report and somewhere to add new teams
Report - Teams will show every person who has access to the site
New Record - allows you to add a new team to the site - Launchpad Icon: Click on the icon to access the launchpad. This is will open a menu for all of the user/settings apps as shown earlier.
- Homepage Icon: Click on the icon to go back to the homepage of the app.
- Name: This is the name of the team
- Users: This shows the number of users who have signed up to the site that are within this team
- Closed Users: This shows the number of users who have not yet signed up to the site that have been assigned to this team
- Pending Users: This shows the number of users who have not yet signed up to the site that have been assigned to this team
- Ellipse Menu: Click on the ellipsis icon to access the screen menu. This will show you two options:
- Delete Teams: This allows you to select one or more teams from the report and delete them
- Refresh: This means that you can refresh the report which will resync the data so that all teams are showing
- Cog Menu: This will open the four settings options:
- My Profile: This takes you to your user profile that means you can access your name, ID, email and permissions
- Support: This button takes you to Softools Support
- App Studio: This button takes you to App Studio so that you can edit your apps
- Log Out: This logs you out of the site
- Notification Menu: This will show you any exports or imports that have happened site-wide
- Quick Report Filtering: This allows you to filter by team name like so:
- Search Bar: This allows you to enter key terms/names so that you can find specific teams
- Team Report Paging, moving back and forth: This shows you how many pages of teams there are and allows you to move between these
When you go into a record, you will see the team name and identifier as well as the details of the users in the team. To go into a record, click on the pencil icon next to a team like so:
This will open up a new screen:
You will see the team name and identifier and then a list of members in the team, including their username, email, first and last names.
