The Applications App stores the online and offfline data for all apps on the site. It can be used to check offline availability and even set specific reports to be offline.
In order to access this area, when on your site simply click on the Launchpad, followed by then clicking on the Cog.
After doing this, depending on your User Permissions, you will be presented with a selection or all of the apps displayed below:
Opening the Applications App
Once in the app, you will see a grid for the different apps on your site, their offline availability and default setting:
The Offline Mode column has a drop-down select list to change the setting of the app. Clicking on this will bring up the following options:
Use default: This will mean that the app uses the offline or online capability that is set in App Studio.
Online only: This will mean that the app is only available online.
Choose which reports work offline: This means that you can select specific reports in the app that are available offline.
Offline: This will mean that the app is only available offline.
