The Select Lists Application in the Site Settings area keeps track of all of the select lists across a site, the and allows a user to easily navigate to App Studio to make any changes to these.
In order to access this area, when on your site simply click on the Launchpad, followed by then clicking on the Cog.
After doing this, depending on your User Permissions, you will be presented with a selection or all of the apps displayed below:

Once in the app, you will see a list of all Select Lists on the site:
Clicking on any of the options will open it up so that you can see the details of the select list, like so:
This shows the text, value, and display order of the options in the select list. For more information on select lists and their configuration, see the support article here.
To navigate to App Studio and edit the image lists, click on the button at the top of the image list report here:
