Notifications App

The notifications app stores details of the actions occurring across a site, for example, imports, exports, changing security, archiving, linking, and deleting records.

But this will only be the case for actions that you have carried out, not other users.

View the Notifications App

To view all Assets on a site, you first need to be in your Site Settings Area select where you will then be able to open the 'Assets' App.

In order to access this area, when on your site simply click on the Launchpad, followed by then clicking on the Cog.

After doing this, depending on your User Permissions, you will be presented with a selection or all of the apps displayed below:

Notifications Report

• Last Updated - This is when the action was finished, which is the time that it was last updated.
• Title - This explains what the action was e.g. Exporting and then the app that this notification refers to.
• Completed Count - This is how many records in that app were affected - e.g. there were 5 records exported from the actions app.
• Started - This is the date and time that the action was started.
• Status - This states whether the action is still in progress, has any errors or was completed successfully.
