Export Templates

This App serves the functionality of displaying a comprehensive list of all exportable Word template-based exports available on the site. It offers a centralised view of every template that can be used to generate Word or PDF documents, making it easy for users to find, access, and manage the exports relevant to the site.

In order to access this area, when on your site simply click on the Launchpad, followed by then clicking on the Cog.

After doing this, depending on your User Permissions, you will be presented with a selection or all of the apps displayed below:

Viewing A List Of Available Templated Exports

Each row in the table is a Word/PDF exportable report and which App it is available from

• Application: This is the identifier of the App that the Report is available in. If the Report is a global export then
• Identifier: This is the unique identifier of the templated export
• Title: This is the User friendly
• SubType: This is the context at which the Report is availble as given here.
