User Account Permissions

Please refer to the attachment at the bottom of this article for a full breakdown of all Softools User Permissions and pre-determined sets.

When managing Users to your site you will need to decide on what permissions to give them depending on the tasks that they will be performing - these form an integral part of the overall site security structure.

If you are amending via a .csv import then you will need to specify the individual permission codes. Alternatively if you are managing at an individual User level via the 'Permissions' area in their profile then simply use the check boxes and the attached spreadsheet for reference.

Via .csv Import

• Reference the permission code in an array of the form [{"Code":1001}, {"Code":1002},…, {"Code":3001}]

Note: Your own User account will need the correct administrative permission in order to perform these actions.
